Animal Care Hospital Fees
Our team of veterinary professionals strive to provide exceptional medical care, uncompromising service, and genuine concern for animals. We believe our animal care and hospital fees to be of good value. Pet medical and surgical fees are based upon the time involved, medications and items dispensed or used, and the nature of the procedure.
Questions about anticipated expenses should be directed to our hospital director or veterinarian at the time of admission. Every effort is made to provide accurate estimates for medical treatments based upon the animal’s condition and projected needs.
Because of the financial demands of maintaining a professional staff and modern facility, payment is due in full at the time of service or when your pet is released from the hospital. Any anticipated deviations from this payment policy should be discussed in advance with the attending veterinarian or the hospital director.
For the convenience of our clients, we are happy to accept cash, in-state personal checks with a North Carolina driver’s license, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
