Grace Park Team Hikes With SPCA Dogs

Grace Park team community service project with SPCA dogs

As their community service project for the month of July, our Care First Animal Hospital at Grace Park team (located in Morrisville, NC) stopped by the SPCA of Wake County to take some of the long-timers on a hike through Umstead Park!

They chose 10 of the dogs that had been at the center the longest to take for a hike. They wanted to show these pets some love as well as show them off to anyone else who may be hiking that morning.

Of course, proper measures were observed to make sure no one overheated! They took along plenty of bottled water for humans and pets, stayed in the cooler, shaded areas, and took their hike in the morning before it got too warm.

Thank you to all of the amazing Care First Animal Hospital at Grace Park team members who spent their Sunday morning taking these SPCA pets for a hike! You are all unbelievable!
